The global locator service allows organizations to locate and communicate with their members, employees and others.

The location service is based upon individual travel itineraries.

A Traveller from the Partner Domain (yc.com) creates a trip to Italy which automatically has the travel alert service applied. The subscription RSS Feed indicates that an event occured in Italy which could affect their travellers. An administrator accesses the Locator service on the Partner Portal to determine who is in Italy. The administrator uses the Locator service to send an email to travellers in or travelling to Italy with further information and/or instructions.

Our subscription RSS feeds are for Partners who need to know immediately when any travel safety information has been changed.

The service is organized by location and used by those Partners who need to be aware of safety and security issues as they occur. Any addition or modification to the location travel safety information is immediately reflected in the RSS feed. This service is for organizations who use our global locator service as well as other travel safety organizations who leverage our information.

Partners may distribute our co-branded alert service via a unique Trip Link. A Trip Link allows the traveller to create one trip with the alert service automatically applied. The trip is co-branded to the Partner.

Partners may create and monitor their Trip Links via either an administrator account on the Partner Portal, or the Partner Web Service.

The distribution of Trip Links represent one of our Commercial Partner revenue opportunities.

A Partner generates a Trip Link through either their Partner Portal account or by using the Partner Webservice.  The Partner makes the Trip Link available to a Traveller (via online display, within the transaction receipt etc.). NOTE: This one of our Partner revenue opportunities.  The Traveller creates a trip on AllSafeTravels using the Trip Link. This trip automatically has the trip alert service applied.  All subsequent alert service communications and online trip displays are co-branded to the Partner.

Promotional code links allow Partners to offer our co-branded alert service at a discount their members, clients and website visitors.

A promotional code link promotes both the discounted travel alert offer as well as the AllSafeTravels Partner.

An individual visits an AllSafeTravels Partner website.  The visitor selects the promotional code offer link on the Partner website (i.e. 'receive a 33% discount on travel alerts').  A promotional code session is created on AllSafeTravels. The visitor creates a trip and applies the alert service at a discounted rate.  All subsequent alert service communications and online trip displays are co-branded to the Partner.
